As if 11+ days without power wasn’t enough.  We are once again without power here in the downtown area.  I am so done with cl@p right now, I’m ready to scream. “This is out of control” says one man who lives on kelley street. “This is too much and I’m tired of their lies. There aren’t even any crews in the area, so how long is this gonna last now. I’ve lost over 200 dollars in food and who is gonna compensate me for it cl@p? That is who really should be compensating the people of bristol and every other town for that matter

well, we finally received power at about 10:30 am, which wasn’t too bad,  But the fact remains, we shouldn’t have had to go through this again…..

Garbage Assasins

      A friend of mine sent me some pictures of how the city of Bristol’s  Garbage collectors treat their customers. They broke one of the cans  and then left them on their side in the middle of the sidewalk with garbage spread out beside it, thank you Bristol.

 

Bristol Housing Authority….What A Joke

I have to get something off of my chest, and I don’t really want to have to bring race, ethnicity,background etc. into this but it bugging the hell out of me, I spoke to someone who was in a situation with his mom who had went blind do to some diabetic complications, and had no one to help her get around and take care of her.  He had suggested that he move in with her so she can go about her daily tasks.  He could have just moved in without permission from housing his landlord didn’t mind as he understood the situation, but regardless he has to be put on the lease  by housing because th3ey pay the rent.  Well he and his mom sent a letter explaining the situation to the top dogs at jerome ave. and they(several months later sent them back a letter telling them to send in the sons identification and social security number etc. so they began to think that he could move in to take care of his mom, as she took care of him for many years, well ,they receive a letter in the mail saying he was being denied because of several convictions from many years ago, Now this is where we got pissed off,(excuse my french). you have child molesters, drug dealers, people who was just released from prison, people who live with family members without permission living  in davis drive, but they can get away with it. but when these wonderful people try to do it the right way, and get permission from the director and comittee from the housing authority, they get denied? can someone please explain this one to me? I mean you have to be kidding me……

Do as I say not as I do

Who the hell gave the the police the right to travel beyond the speed limit when not involved in a pursuit.  At least four out of five cruisers come flying down kelley street, at any given time of the day,( a street with children playing),  well over 25 miles per hour, like there is an emergency at the police department. come on now, if you’re not engaged in an emergency you need to be doing the speed limit right? I don’t think so, “I’m a cop and I can do what I want” that’s the impression that i’m getting, from these cops, furthermore, even if they were in pursuit of someone, I don’t think they are supposed to be engaged in high-speed in a neighborhood with lots of children playing. Its plain ridiculous bottom line. I’m going to get some video and post it on here so that everyone can see.
